Project: Develop a Joint Council and Administration Four-Year Strategic Plan
Outcomes:
- Established a set of long‐range priorities to determine how to allocate our limited resources in both the short and long term.
- Developed a collective vision for the future of the Municipality of Chatham‐Kent.
- Developed a set of criteria for selecting priorities and for establishing initiatives.
- Created an opportunity for leadership development and enhanced our skills of strategic thinking and strategic planning.
- Reviewed and revised the municipal environmental scan so that Council and administration can better understand the impact of those factors on the municipality today and in the future.
