Arrangement for audio and/or video taping of Linda's presentation must be agreed upon prior to the event.

A deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the total professional fee plus GST is due on booking to confirm the date of your event. A final invoice including the balance of fees, along with applicable taxes and expenses, will be submitted at the completion of the assignment and is payable upon receipt. A 10% discount on the fee will be given for payment of the full fee in advance of the event.

Should the client cancel or change the date of this engagement prior to sixty (60) days before the event date, the deposit is non-refundable but can be applied to a future engagement within one year. Within sixty (60) days the deposit is not refundable or transferable. The total professional fee is due if there is a cancellation within 14 days of the confirmed event date.

Additional Charges

	Car travel:Mileage is charged at 50¢/kilometre
	Air/train travel:Business class fares will apply on trips of one hour or longer.
	Out-of-pocket travel expenses at cost (hotel, meals, taxis, parking, etc.)
	Handouts (20¢ per page)
