How much experience does she have? (in other words…does she do a good job?)

A client asked Linda how much time it took her to prepare a one-hour keynote. She replied that she has been preparing it for the last 25 years. Linda has had six different careers and they have all been in the people business. She has been doing training, facilitating, planning and speaking to groups since 1969. She has been awarded the prestigious Certified Speaking Professional (CSP) designation and was inducted into the Canadian Speaking Hall of Fame in 2000.
